TARD formed in 1995 at a NAMBLA convention in Salt Lake City. Originally a modern dance troupe, the three men who became known as TARD dedicated themselves to becoming completely massive and legendary. Three men whose soul purpose is to burl massively with bowel hemorrhaging hardcore. Although TARD is completely huge in every way, 10 years later, and after adding a fourth, more talented member, the band is still playing most of the same songs in most of the same bars. This is due to a scientific inability to perfect perfection – which TARD achieved sometime around 1997.
